This gorgeous chess set is made of african mahogany, hard maple and black walnut. An isometric view
of a chessboard in walnut and maple is displayed on both sides of the set. The clear glass chessmen sit
atop pieces of walnut or maple and fit into the corresponding dark green velvet-lined drawers. The playing surface is
made of squares of sea foam marble and verde butterfly granite set in a non-yellowing epoxy resin. The set stands about 4"
tall and is 18" square.

Note the fine detail in the drawers. The walnut drawer has maple accents and the maple drawer has walnut accents.
They are also held together in the middle by magnetic catches so the drawers will not fall out when you move the chess set.
The bottom of the set also has vinyl "feet" to prevent slippage of the set during play. This set is well-constructed,
will last forever and is truly one of a kind.
